The Dash is a fiberglass replica of the original 1970 Camaro dash from VFN fiberglass.

First you cut a BIG hole in the trunk.  The you stuff the biggest tires that will fit in the hole. 

Then cut down a ford truck 9 inch rear end to fit between the tires.

1982-01-12 New 1970 Camaro Project

This will be an ongoing record of my new 70 Camaro project car.

I found the car in a local banks repo lot.  I offer $2,500.00 for the car and waited to hear from them.  After a month I called back and it seems I was the only one to bid on the car and it was all mine.

1978-01-12 My First 1970 Camaro

I had a 1970 Camaro 454 big block car when I was in High School and was first married. Seems like I spent more time under the hood than in the drivers seat.  It was a beast with all the torque the stock powergulide and 10 bolt 273 gears could handle.  On a rolling start I was hard to beat.  But for a dead stop it was almost impossible to keep the tires boiling until I let off the throttle.
